The coloring is great.
What's bad is the hair, eye brows, eyes, and the clothes.
The hair is way too wavy. If you want to know the art style of dbz it's more pointed and straight and usually going in a certain direction. Goku's eyes are almost right except they feel alittle too big. The eye brows should be thickened. The clothes are alright as well though alittle too ripped up for dbz. I can see you were going for the frieza saga style. Also you really wanted to show off those veins, last time I saw that many veins in dbz was when Vegeta was Majin Vegeta. The veins on his neck really aren't needed.
Other than that you did a really good job.
